ok, so here's what's up. when i put on eyeshadow i usually put it on my eyelid and sometimes uderneath my eye, but i've been noticing latley that girls put on something underneath there eyebrows that gives the eye a sexy illusion. do you guys know what that is?What do you wear under your eyebrows when applying eyeshadow?

It's called a highlight.
And it's of course eyeshadow also but a lighter color than the main color you are using on your lid.
It gives the illusion of making your eyeshadow pop more and look more intense. :)
Under your eyebrows you apply a lighter shadow. then toward the bottom of the eyelid you apply a darker shade. then blend
highlighter. You can use a little bit of shimmery/sparkly light colored eye-shadow.

A highlighter!! U can use a white/pearl shimmery shadow and it will make ur eyeshadow pop =)
