What brand of eyeshadow is the best application for the base coat on your brow bone?

I like to use cream/light beige (cover girl/ lauder) for my entire lid but when I put the other colors on, you can't really see the cream color anymore. I need something that's more noticable. I like prescriptive or Mac. Mac is a professional model line that stays and stays. Silver, gold for the holidays is great. You can use a base white and put a hint of whatever color you are wearing to make your eyes interesting. MAC is great for eyeshadows. Also try merle norman cosmetics. they have a colour called oyster its like a white with a really nice shimmer in it. It looks great on brow bones and brightens up your eyes. Hope this helps!
M.A.C but if you cant afford it go for something a little cheaper like covergirl or revlon. revlon i spretty good. also almay is very good.
