Matte means that there are no light-reflecting pigments in the product, where as if a product stated sheer, it does contain light reflecting pigments. Matte products are originally designed for people with oily or combination skin to help combat oiliness, however anyone can use it, its a choice of your own :)What does it mean by matte bronzer %26amp; eyeshadow? :%26gt;?
