Loreal's HIP eyeshadow?

Is it any good? High Intensity Pigment stuff that comes with a brush. I want to buy some but I want to know if anyone has tried it first. Do they sell it at like walmart and target, normal stores like that? How much do you think it is? ( Only people who have used it only please)Loreal's HIP eyeshadow?
I bought it but I don't use it much. It cost me $10! What I do like about it is that the color is very intense and shimmery. It looks different in different lighting so that's pretty cool. Downside is that it takes a while to apply so unless you have a lot of time, this isn't a good product to get. Since it is in loose powder form, you also have to be careful so that it doesn't fall anywhere else on your face. To prevent that you should apply loose powder below your eyes to ';catch'; any stray eyeshadows that fall, then brush away that powder when you are done.Loreal's HIP eyeshadow?
It works really well, but sometimes can look overdone depending on how you apply it. I like the variety of colors and price as well.

It sucks, its a cheap excuse for MAC or CHANEL eye shadows. It really only works for people of colour. It looks clownish and cheap on lighter skin shades.
Hi, there. It works well in terms of color, but the amount used definitely affects the ';intensity'; of color. I bought mine at Target.

yes they sale it at walmart and target and i tried it and it seems to be pretty good, and i think i payed like 4 dollars or around there.
