Covering eyebrows and eyeshadow application?

Hi, I would like to know how to cover my eyeybrows, so I can use a stencil and eyebrow poweder to create a look, and I would also like to know how to apply eyeshadow to obtain a glamourous and dramatic look(think Drag Queen)? XOXOXO, Boom BoomCovering eyebrows and eyeshadow application?
there are couple ways you can do it . 1. you can thin out your brows and draw stencil with them. 2. or you can just shave them and draw them how ever you want. if you want glamour honey then use lots of colors that pop out but not too whorey lol and try to choose a really good color that will go good with your skin color and be sure to use black eyeliner and heavy black mascara.Covering eyebrows and eyeshadow application?
Don't know about covering...sounds complicated, like you'd need to apply a rubber layer and glue it, movie makeup style. Most people shave them if they want to draw them on for dramatic effect. Perhaps not so great for the work week, though.

Eyeshadow...use three different tones. Start with a nearly white, shimmery base all over eyelid and up to brow. apply dark liner (preferably a powder that you dip a wet liner brush in and paint on, or a liquid liner). Extend the line to a peak at outer eye corner. Apply the darkest shadow just above the liner, thickening at the outer corner of eyelid. Use the medium tone in the crease, concenrating on the outer eye portion. Look at pictures to get an idea of how this turns out, esp. 80s make up techniques.
Actor's putty, the kind that you can use to apply over your nose to change it's shape or to create a pointed chin. Put a thin application over the eyebrow hairs, just enough to fill in, hold them down and cover. Make sure that your flesh make-up makes them match the rest of your skin.

My newest discovery for making shadow last long is cover stick, in the store it looks like flesh colored lipstick, but covers discolorations, etc. It needs a dot of cream to cover well. Any powder shadow that you put on top will look great and last long. Haven't tried it over Actor's putty yet.

For dramatic think of blue with green or blue with lavender/purple. Choose according to what you can find. Use light shades and dark shades to emphsise the raised and recessed areas above the eye. Darker color goes on the outerside of your lids with maybe a little toward the nose and also into the fold above the lid. Lighter color over the middle, raised part of your eye. Blend to get that airbrushed look. Between the lids and your new eyebrows, use a light shade of your main color. If you want to mix colors here too, then go for it. But this is a great place for shine, so glitter can be fun in gold or silver or holographic. Just so long as it stands out from the color underneath, for drama.

Have fun! And practice first.
You can use wax to cover them and then use dermablend makeup and setting powder. Once it dries you can pencil whatever you want in.
drag queen sounds about right...
There is a eyebrow powder ( i got mine @ walgreens)- that is made especially 4 eyebrows. Apply with a small brush and make quick small hair like strokes.mary kay has the best eyeshadow!
