Eyeshadow Application Technique?

What's the technique used at m.a.c to apply eyeshadow and what brushes do I use? I just really like how they apply it and can't always go get my make-up done at m.a.c...helpEyeshadow Application Technique?
Well i dont believe that they have a website on how to apply makeup, As for the brushes, I guess they sell them at their shop.
