Do the Loreal HiP eyeshadow duos come with an applicator?

I just bought a Loreal HiP eyeshadow and when i shake it, i can hear something in it, but I can't figure out how to open it, incase there's an applicator inside...is there one in there or is it just supposed to be like that??Do the Loreal HiP eyeshadow duos come with an applicator?
