I seem to have only shimmery eyeshadows and really want matte eyeshadow.

if you want drug store quality, you'll get it... but ido know of some mattes made by loreal.
look at loreal counter and you'll see the impressions of 'matte', 'pearl' , etc into the eyeshadow. they are in a gold package- i think i saw those at a rite aid, so i think they'll probably have the same at walgreens

Try the Coastal Scents 88-shadow palette in matte. Its inexpensive, but the quality is amazing! They have 2 88-palettes, one thats shimmery and one that is matte. They are both beautiful and have great color payoff.

try Origins. Their make up counters are found in malls all over. The have the BEST matte lip pencils too! Hope this helps!!
i need to know the same thing...
its always shimmery ones out there and hardly any matte eyeshadow.
