I need something to use an eyeshadow base for a few weeks, until i have extra spending money to buy UDPP(urban decay primer potion).
Can I use my Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse as an eyeshadow base? Or should i use my Almay Concealer?

The maybelline shouldn't be used on eyelids, because if you forget to wipe it off later, you could get eyelid pimples. Try the concealer.Dream Matte Mousse as an eyeshadow base?
If you still have your old UDPP, try salvaging any left in the container

i'd use the concealer. some concealers are actually eyeshadow bases so yours is the closest thing
