What is primer and what is the reason for using it...also which eyeshadow is better the powder kind or the liquid kind?Why do you have to put on primer why applying eyeshadow?
primer helps it stay on all day, makes the color as vibrant and pigmented as possible and helps to prevent ugly creasing it's def a must! i personally prefer the powder kind because its easier to blend with other colors and it u mess up its easy to remove parts of Why do you have to put on primer why applying eyeshadow?
Primer is used to help set the eyeshadow. It makes it stay on all day.
I like both powder and liquid shadow
it's a good base for the shadow to stay on.
