Sure you can but i would still out on a little eyeliner. This video helped me out VERY GOOD! Go to youtube and type in panacea81 thats the girls username and she has TONS of makeup videos that are excellent! It WILL help you! Not just on applying eyeliner but how to use eyeshadow for it. same here lol, any way I use ';Cake Eyeliner'; It's easier to use and can be bought at any store that caries make up, you use a little water on a brush and then go from there.





If you have a nice brush you might be able to use some cream stage makeup instead (I use this on shows a lot) but, I wouldn't use it for every day use because the makeup is oily as all hell
with blue eyes i would suggest just using a dark eyeshadow close to the eyes, but not as eyeliner. a dark eyeshadow will make you blue eyes pop therefore doing the good part of eyeliner(accenting the eyes) without the bad parts(making them look smaller)
hmmmmm. I used to not be good at it either. Instead try using the maybelline kohl eye liners with the smudge tip, or any eyeliner with a smudger cuz this will help a lot. You can get this at any drugstore or ulta.

Oh la la, dont use vaseline! Learn how to put eyeliner... it's easy, it's like tracing a line with a pen on a paper. You just gotta get used to it; at first your hand will shake but after it will be like a reflex


Same with eyeshadow
You can use eyeshadow for eyeliner just get an angled brush and apply at the lash line. Do not use vaseline on your eyes, if you apply the eyeshadow right you won't need it anyway, it will only smear
liquid eyeliner might be easier for you or it would work if you got a thin brush and put eye shadow along the edge of you eyelid so it wouldnt be quite so bold since you have light eyes
i dont think vaseline will look good with black eyesgadow ,prob looks messy instead i jist encuraged you to practice like putting it on all the time if thast too hard than just wear the eyshaddow with a primmer not vaseline.
if you get liquid eyeshadow you can use that as eyeliner. it comes in a pen kind of thing..i think its maybelline. works great.
I've tried using Vaseline, but it isn't very good with doing eyeliner. Try using a eye primer, and then putting on the shadow.
