Applying eyeshadow/ blue eyes?

I have blue eyes and want to give them more attention. i tried using powder blue eyeshadow and some mascara which i thought looked nice...but i don't really know %26amp; i'm not really a makeup expert.





any tips on applying eyeshadow and what would look good with blue eyes?? my skin tone is pretty fair

omg i suck at make up too..lol but there's this mascara that Rhianna dose for the commercial i used it..and it works great....umm..i don't know the name for it sorry...but it has its own color for each color eye.....its a white bottle...hope it help!! :DApplying eyeshadow/ blue eyes?
First use urban decay potion prime... I think loreal has a primer too if that's too expensive. And if MAC Cosmetics is too expensive for your taste you the loreal h.i.p. collection.. A smokey eye with gold and dark blue would be pretty!
Apply it with an eyeshadow brush for best results.


Go for browns, silver-grays, and purple.
