It depends on the kind of look you want. The sponge-tip applicators will put a heavier layer of shadow on, I personally like brushes as it is easier to blend and you can layer the shadow to give you the amount of color you want.Do u really need brushes when applying your eyeshadow and what r some helpful websites that will give ideas?
Use brushes, applicators don't work that well. Plus they get caked up with eyeshadow %26amp; don't go on very well. Acutually I was reading about that on pureluxe.com where they gave tips on using eyeshadow brushes instead of applicators.Do u really need brushes when applying your eyeshadow and what r some helpful websites that will give ideas?
I like brushes for eyeshadow...but it took me a while to get used to the look. I use a Q-tip when I want a dark layer...works like a charm.


Sorry, I don't have a website to give you ideas. I did trial and error to figure out what works best for me.
any soft-tip applicator is the best thing for applying eyeshadow. i'm guessing you mean brushes instead of using your finger, which smudges and doesn't give you the even color all over.
i think it depends on the eye shadow that u r using.if it is dry then u can even use Q-tips and if it is creamy then u need a brush and u cant find some tips at google or yahoo and if you wanna see how to apply eye shadow then u can see a video at google or yahoo.
Applying a powder eyeshadow with any applicator causes the eyeshadow to fall in your eyes. Try using eyeshadow that comes in a stick or one that starts as a liquid and then dries. They last longer and don't irritate your eyes as much.
